HelpAge East, West and Central Africa Region seeks to recruit a Regional Support Services Coordinator who will overseer support functions in joint EWCA and Kenya Office in Nairobi and field offices in Kenya. These functions include Procurement, Logistics, Assets, Facilities, Fleet and Warehousing. S/he will also support Country Offices within the region to set up and maintain policies, procedures and systems in line with HelpAge policy, support the Security Management in Kenya and the region through information gathering, security briefing and performing security audits. The post holder will also contribute to Emergency Preparedness Planning and Response.
The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in business administration or related, training in logistics and procurement, 5 years’ experience in procurement and logistics function preferably in an INGO and familiarity with major donor procurement requirements (EU, DFID, ECHO, SIDA, Irish Aid, and USAID). Experience in distance management and IT skills are essential for this role.
