Role overview
To deliver the ICS project in a particular target community/ies by ensuring duty of care responsibilities for security and safety are met and by supporting Team Leaders, partners, host homes and volunteers with pastoral support and guidance on project implemenataion.
Skills, qualifications and experience needed
  • Experience working with 18-25 year olds from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Experience of working cross-culturally
  • Knowledge of community-level development challenges and issues.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Proven ability to promote self-awareness, learning and development among individuals.
  • Able to develop clear and realistic plans to deliver agreed objectives within deadlines.
