Job Purpose:
To carry out quantification and forecasting of stock items while continuously monitoring the stock items to ensure optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out forecasting and quantification of stock items for purchase.
Plan and coordinate cycle counts and annual stock take to enhance accountability.
Compile stock variance reports for accountability.
Continuous monitoring of stock items to ensure optimal stock levels, and minimize losses.
Ensure efficient and effective performance management to achieve operational objectives and targets.
Manage MEDS commodity list for integrity of data.
Coordinate stock reconciliation, handling of returns and complaints for customer satisfaction.Key requirements:

Job Purpose: To Ensure effective and efficient processing of clients orders
Job Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose: To coordinate the processing of clients orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate orders for picking and packing in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain records on clients order processing to facilitate decision making.
Prepare and maintain order status data for decision making.
Consolidate warehouse staff daily output and maintain data for preparation of monthly report and graphic presentation on Key Performance Indicators for efficiency.
Ensure cleanliness and fumigation of warehouses to uphold good warehousing practices.
Issue and monitor usage of packaging material to minimize wastage

Job Purpose:
To ensure business development & growth in the county governments while ensuring timely debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure County Governments tenders/quotations are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Carry out monthly analysis of MEDS sales performance to facilitate decision making and business growth
Collate and analyse market intelligence data for decision making and competitive edge
Provide operational seamless linkages in the system to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide complete, accurate and timely management reports to ensure improved service delivery and business growthJob requirements:

Prepare all MEDS publications including brochures, calendars, newsletters, annual reports, speeches and multimedia programs
Manage media relations

Manage social media accounts
Assist in organizing of MEDS corporate events
Develop and manage the PR & Communications budget

Job Purpose: To manage the distribution of customer orders (consignments)
Job Reports To: Customer Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct and coordinate dispatch of customer orders
Receive customer orders from the warehouse and store them in an orderly manner within dispatch area.
Complete all the necessary documentation before shipping customer orders
Ship customer orders effectively to enhance timely flow of order processing
Update dispatched orders in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) module for accountability
Receive and resolve customer issues arising from dispatched orders for customer satisfaction
Obtain proof of delivery and verify transporter's invoices for accuracy before forwarding them for payment
Update transporters performance records for decision making
Counter check receipts against invoice values paid to ensure that all orders are paid forJob requirements:

Job Purpose: To offer internal audit support
Job Reports To: Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assigned routine audits of various operations as detailed in the audit plan timetable
Draft audit reports on findings and observations made from assigned tasks for review by the Internal Auditor.
Carry out weekly spot checks on operational areas to confirm proper servicing of customer orders and adherence to procedures
Assure good custody of organizational assets;
Participate in risk assessment of the organization's processes on a quarterly basisKey requirements:
Level of Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Commerce, Accounting or Finance plus Certified Public Accountant Two (CPA II) or equivalent
Professional/Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of internal auditing techniques and standards, knowledge of computer assisted auditing tools will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in auditing/accounting work knowledge of internal audit
