The main purpose of the Project Managers (National Projects) role is to oversee the implementation of specific Plan Kenya flagship project/s and ensure that such projects develop models that can be replicated, scaled up and shape up national and county policies. The role is responsible for identification, planning, implementation, personnel management, resource management, monitoring & evaluation and other activities related to the projects. The role is responsible for effective stakeholder and partner relationship management. Design and development of complementary and/or new funding proposals is an expected outcome and the Project Manager would be required to ensure high quality project activities/results including coordinating external technical support/expertise as required.
