ERP System Implementation Consultant
(Firm or Individual)
A leading provider of healthcare services seeks to engage a reputable firm or individual with in depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation of ERP systems.
The Consultant is amongst other things expected to take a leading role in planning the project together with internal stake holders and the ERP vendor.
Key Deliverables:
i) Project planning and control.
ii) Ensuring that there is adequate and effective project monitoring and tracking.
iii) Reviewing the communication and coordination plan with internal lead contact point and the ERP vendor.
iv) Assisting in drawing up priorities and handling of dependencies.
v) Project risk management.
vi) Advising on project complexities and referring them to the project steering committee and project sponsor.
vii) Ensuring that proper user acceptance criteria has been used and appropriate sign off has been made.
Expressions of Interest by Individual Consultants
Interested individuals should submit proof of the following:
i. Degree in ICT or a Business related discipline.
ii. Ten (10) years experience in project management.
iii. Professional qualifications in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
iv. Hands on experience in working with ERP Systems.
v. Experience in team, vendor and customer management.
vi. Experience in the hospitality and care industry shall be a definite advantage.
vii. They must have knowledge of project and people management methods and tools.
viii. They must have good crisis management skills.

iv) List of organizations for which the firm has carried out similar work including key contacts.

vii) PIN Certificate
viii) KRA Tax Compliance certificate
ix) CVs of consultants who will be involved in the project.
