The main purpose of the study will be to develop a project proposal to support Inclusive Education in Kenya and Tanzania for a project period of 2 years (2016 to 2018).The starting date for the consultancy is 1st May 2015 with a submission for the final report and the final draft project proposal latest by the 5th June 2015

Please note the total available budget for this assignment is EURO 6,000 excluding the international flight costs and accommodation costs while in Tanzania.
