Role Responsibility:
This role is conscious to provide direction, administration and expert-level sales leadership to our sales and marketing staff to facilitate progress of hotel level revenue and room night sales.
This will consist of engaging hotel leadership, current industry trends and sales figures, assessing local market dynamics; determining the strategic direction for marketing and sales operations, ensuring plans and strategy are implemented in a timely and effective manner by hotel management.
Coordinate cluster sales and marketing activities; develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets, Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities which benefit hotels with common needs, market segments, and ensure the effective integration of national marketing initiative locally and at regional and international levels through tactical expos and promotions.
