Due to the fast growing customer base, we wish to offer internship opportunities especially in Customer care.
We are looking for mature, preferably above 21 years INTERNS, with at least some experience in customer care and ability to articulate issues.
Requirements:
Must have worked in a customer care/assistant position before.
A diploma/degree in Business Management, Commerce, Business, social science or other related studies.
Must have proved marketing skills.
Must have Customer Service/Care/assistant or related experience
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Team Management Experience
Target setting, budget creation and statistical analysis experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills

Responsibilities:
Offer delighting customer service to clients and staffs
Communicating to the clients either via email, face to face, telephone etc
Make customer follow ups and providing feedback to the management
Manage and direct incoming telephone calls
Prepare presentations and documents as directed
Coming up and maintaining an efficient filling system
Attend to walk in clients.
Assist with typing and filing as directed
Offer support to the sales and projects department so as to achieve set targets
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
Receive client inquiries and direct them to specific offices
Receive and acknowledge receipt of incoming letters or documents
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
Assist office staff in Printing and photocopying documents
Make records of incoming and outgoing visitors
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Handle day today customer complaints
Formulating and reviewing documents such as letters, and quotations for customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
