This role is responsible for the provision of knowledge sharing practices, methods and tools, to drive behavioral change effectively, geared towards performance development and customer experience. By working closely with Commercial & Product Knowledge & Skills Development Mgt. on EAGM-specific training programs the role is contributing to the transformation of HC towards a L&D culture. | |
• Establish assessment, coaching and certification programs to the needs of commercial team members and partners • Closely work with HR & Commercial Excellence COE on the establishment of a commercial & products competency model • Liaise with CORP and other GE businesses to optimize training resource utilization by a better collaboration & standardization • Support HR & bus. in career path dvlpt., e.g. for Sales Specialists • Review existing L&D curricula under the aspect of new drvlpt. Approaches and re-evaluate/update L&D strategies/programs • Drive CBA to select and apply smart technology based delivery platforms (game based bus. simulation) • Develop portfolio of and adopt as appropriate…new L&D tools and applications (podcasting, Wiki, screen casting/podcasting, blogs…) • Architect and deploy peer- & experience-based learning formats and drive acceptance and utilization through LCT CAP leaders • Support creation of a commercial onboarding system (“30-60-90 gold standard”) to attract, grow and retain talent early • Identify and bind in external vendors and subject matter experts as appropriate to ensure high quality curricula/training impact • Design, track & analyze customer centric and productivity related key training metrics, and drive gap analyses as needed | |
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • 7+ years of commercial experience, also esp. business analysis • Sound understanding of commercial processes, SFE, general L&D • 3+ years of training design & delivery/implementation experience • Strong analytical & consultancy skills and business acumen • 30+% travel required…domestic and international | |
• MBA or Diploma in Business Management or related subjects • Work experience with Change & New World Skills, related platforms & tools (CAP, CRM, Social Networks, Gamification) • Proven experience in in instructional and training design/delivery • Track record in sales coaching and performance evaluation • Proven experience with emerging & multi-cultural markets |
