    Job Description: Joram Kamau – Tuskys Foundation is a Trust Fund formed and registered in Kenya and whose main sponsor is Tusker Mattresses Ltd (Tuskys) with the sole aim and objective of assisting bright needy children access education, help alleviate poverty in Kenya and beyond together with promoting healthy living.
    The foundation also seeks to promote youth special talents like sports, acting (drama) etc.
    The foundation is seeking to recruit a qualified Program Manager to run the day to day activities of the Foundation.
    Primary Responsibilities
    The Program Manager will be primarily in charge of all the foundation’s programs and will perform the following duties:
  • Keeping and driving the Foundation’s calendar of activities
  • Maintain the foundation books of accounts
  • Maintain relationships between Foundations Promoters, Donors, Board of trustees and beneficiaries
  • Hold custody of the foundation assets
  • Liaise with the Foundation’s board on all matters pertaining to the Foundation
  • Supervise the Foundation’s staff
  • Initiate, plan and implement the Foundation goals and activities
  • Formulate and implement the Foundation’s strategic plan
  • Ensure smooth day to day running of the foundation
    Qualifications
  • Must be a degree holder from any recognized institution of higher learning
  • At least 3 years working experience in a related organization, related to foundation activities or working with underprivileged communities.
  • Must be self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
