A pharmaceutical firm based in Nairobi is seeking to fill the following vacancies;
Stores/Purchasing/Dispatch Assistants
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general storekeeping and stores duties;
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Maintain cooperative working relationships
Modern stores procedures; including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials
Basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips and the use computerized record keeping systems.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply chain/Purchasing/Stores Management.
• At least 2 years experience working in a busy Store.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting, bending, standing or walking on a consistent basis.
