The following opportunity exists for accomplished professionals: Sales Representative
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Accountabilities in Assigned Markets
Achievement of set monthly and total annual national sales volume and other objectives.
Execution of an effective sales, distribution and trade/consumer promotion plan.
Increase SC Johnson’s product exposure to the trade & the consumer.
Maintenance of existing customer base and forecast.
Achievement of timely deliveries of customer orders.
Supervision, training and development of subordinates.
Execution of agreed promotional activities in select outlets.
Identification of new business opportunities and devising of plans to capitalise on them.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Undergraduate Commercial degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 5 years sales experience in an FMCG environment
Candidates with experience from Western, Nyanza will be advantageous.
Computer literate
