The position which reports to the Head of Marketing is responsible for embedding consumer insight to be at the heart of brand decision – making.
Key Accountabilities:
Gather and maintain all Market Research and Intelligence relevant to driving consumer insight
Create and implement leading edge consumer insight processes that influence market/customer strategies.
Manage all ad hoc Quantitative and Qualitative research (product tests, concept tests, and simulated market tests) and monitors analysis and synthesis of data.
Feed local consumer and shopper insights into regional/global brand innovation and communication projects.
Ensure optimum use of resources to achieve objectives through efficient budget planning and management
Lead and champion the insight generation culture within the team.

Experience and qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (preferably Marketing/Business Related Discipline)
Experience in market research with key achievements
Experience of a wide range of consumer market research techniques,
FMCG experience
The ability to use and interpret consumer research to anticipate factors that drive consumer’s choice of brand and usage behavior.
