    Key Result Areas:
  • To ensure Management of Entire Estate
  • To ensure all the movement of stock in and out of estate is properly recorded.
  • To ensure Time bound Maintenance of the Estate
  • To ensure all the related annual Government approval/license/permits taken in time.
  • To ensure the Insurance Cover of the Estate is up to date
  • To ensure all the internal fixtures are in place, and to check and record their movement.

  • To ensure all the Statutory Payment like Water/Gas/Electricity, is paid on time.

    Profile:
  • Should be an engineering graduate & professional qualification in energy management
  • Technically skills wrt energy management in a mechanical or electronic plant
  • Should have working knowledge on Carbon Credit.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and report problems
  • MIS generation and report writingKey Result Areas:
  • Defining, Coordinating and implementing energy management programs with the existing guidelines in cooperation with sectors/BL energy management of the energy consumption reduction plan for each business line and respective investments
  • Defining and Coordinating the energy consumption monitoring system implementation plan
  • Defining, and Coordinating the energy KPIs and implementation of a continuous monitoring system on a monthly basis
  • Monitoring of KPIs concerning the energy consumption and co2 emission of the business line plants
  • Pointing out deviations from the given targets and promoting anomalies analysis aimed at defining consecutive corrective actions.4. Corporate Liaison Manager

    Profile:
