  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) grade C- (minus) or its recognized equivalent.2. Rider 1 Position

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the assigned motor cycle ensuring the safety of parcels, motor cycle and other road users for the transport of authorized parcels.
  • Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the assigned motor cycle.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the motor cycle including arraigning it for repair using the prevailing procedure
  • Log official trips as per government procedure and policies including mileage, consumption, route etc.
  • Ensure motor cycle documents are current including display of insurance cover at all times observe traffic rules and regulations
  • Report accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor and ensure that steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accident.Key Qualifications
  • Passed suitability Rider test Grade test III
  • Basic knowledge in minor motor cycle repairs and maintenance
  • Capable of defensive riding
  • Defensive Rider’s license from the Automobile Association of Kenya or a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Have First aid certificate from St. Johns Ambulance or Kenya Highway and Building Technology3. Procurement Officer
    2 Positions

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Locate vendors, materials, equipment and supplies
  • Process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
  • Prepare or cause to be prepared clear specifications for goods and services for obtaining, issuing or awarding bids
  • Ensure conformance to organizational policy and procurement law for all purchases, claims and contracts
  • Participate in negotiating contracts
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain records relating to procurement, assets and suppliers
  • Prepare reports regarding market prices and market conditionsKey Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university
  • Diploma in Supplies Management from a recognized institution
  • Computer literate
  • Be a member of the Institute of Supplies Management
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Making appointments and reservations for the office
  • Handling and filing confidential information or any other documents
  • Receiving, sorting, registering and distributing incoming mails for the assigned office for action
  • Handling office files and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness/hygiene and tidiness within the office
  • Handling all typing duties as may be required
  • Performing basic office administrative duties
  • Attending to all incoming and outgoing calls in office deployedKey Qualifications
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies and trained in telephone operations/reception or front office management from a recognized institution.
