1. Laboratory Technologist
Reporting to the Laboratory Services in Charge this position will be responsible for collecting and testing of patient specimens and generating accurate reports to support treatment.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences and must have held a valid license with the KMLTTB.
In addition they must have minimum post qualification experience of 1 year in a busy hospital environment
Key Competencies
Reporting to the Pharmacy Services in Charge this position will be responsible for receiving and filling prescription requests as per company policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technologist and a valid license with the KPPB.
In addition they must have minimum post registration experience of 1 year in a busy hospital environment.

Reporting to the College Principal, this position is responsible for provision of up to date and efficient library and information systems in line with the business needs.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Library and information systems.
Training on CCNA N+ or A+ will be an advantage.
In addition they must have minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

Reporting to the Hospital Manager with a matrix reporting to the Chief Officer- Business Development & Marketing, this position is responsible for growing the business volumes for the unit through executing business development activities, maintaining excellent relationships with doctors, clients and corporate clients.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or a business related course.
In addition they must have 3 years working experience interacting directly with clients and managing relationships.
Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.

Reporting to the Chief of Clinical Services, this position is responsible for supporting clinical services by carrying out independent nutritional assessments of patients and designing therapeutic feeding plans.
Applicants must be in possession of a BSc in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics.
In addition they must have more than 1 year working experience in a busy hospital environment.

Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with a matrix reporting to the Pharmacy Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Pharmacy team within the hospital.
The job holder will superintend the branch pharmacy.
In addition, he/she will ensure availability of the products as per the approved formulary, stock control and superior customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and must have a valid license with the KPPB.
The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position leading a team of pharmacy staff.
Key Competencies
(1 Position) Reporting to the Nursing Officer in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Nursing team within the Theatre, as well as implementing all peri -operative activities in line with business objectives.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a Diploma in KRCHN. Higher National diploma in a Peri- Operative Nursing, valid certification in ACLS or ATLS will be an added advantage.
The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Care.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative work experience in a busy hospital environment of which 3 years should be in a similar position leading a team of nursing staff.

Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with a matrix reporting to the Chief of Clinical Services, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative obstetric / gynaecological care to clients both in inpatient and outpatient services.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MBCHB) and Master’s degree in Obstetrics / Gynaecology (MMED) from a recognized medical school, valid private practise, specialist recognition and annual licences from KMPDB.
In addition they must have a minimum 2 years post registration experience working in a busy hospital environment.
