He/She will ensure the products are available in the market at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Salesmen/Ladies in the direct selling and marketing of the products
Prospect for new clients and markets
Set targets and monitor performance of the different sales routes
Oversee the collection of debt at the territory level
Generate periodic reports (sales reports, market intelligence reports, debt collections reports)
Resolve market disputes (customer care services)
