  • 1. Administrative Assistant
    Essential duties
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and anticipating need.
  • Placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Reconciling basic account expenses and bookeeping
  • Supporting the sales team
  • First point of contact between potential clients, vendors and visitors

    Skills and qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience working in the front office. Internships are accepted

    2. Technical Engineer
    Essential duties
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains the production work flow by monitoring the process and setting processing variables
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment and resources
  • Ensuring product quality is maintained and goods are manufactured according to established policies and procedures
  • Compiles and analyzes production data to ensure that the production process is run efficiently and cost effectively
  • Coordinates with the sales department to ensure that needed components are delivered to meet scheduled delivery dates
  • Monitors inventory of products and raw materials to make sure raw materials are ordered on time to avoid shortages
  • Assesses all phases of production operations to establish priorities and sequences for product completion.
  • Works on continuous improvement of production processes to reduce waste increase efficiency
    Skills and qualifications
  • Diploma in mechanical/manufacturing engineering
  • Recent graduate
  • 1-2 years experience. Internships considered

  • Experience with CAD is highly desired and will be an added bonus

    This is a technical position that involves a broad range of responsibilities that will support the manufacturing process on the production floor

  • Coordinates with the sales team to ensure that needed components will be delivered to meet scheduled delivery dates

  • Allocates human and material resources according to the production plan
  • Trains and monitors other production employees on proper use of equipment
  • Participates as necessary in hiring temporary employees and related staff
  • Assesses all phases of production operations to establish priorities and sequences for product completion
  • Works on continuous improvement of production processes to reduce waste increase efficiency
    Skills and qualifications
  • Diploma in mechanical/manufacturing engineering
  • Previous experience is a managing/supervisory role
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Working knowledge of plastic manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in verbal, written and telephone communication skills and PC based systems and software, including Microsoft Office is an added bonus
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours
  • Experience in lean manufacturing desired

    The Role:
    Working in a dynamic and passionate team, our Field Sales Experts will be working to establish a strong RitePak presence in the Market.
    You will be rapidly expanding our line of new products
    As part of this entrepreneurial team, you will actively work on growing our market in Kenya in close collaboration with all functions (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance and others) and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
    You share the opportunities and challenges of the market, and execute tactical initiatives based on the priorities by the Sales and Marketing Manager in collaboration with other functions.
    You take an entrepreneurial approach, are highly results driven and target focused and you are a fast mover. You have a wide range of talents, and significant experience in different functions, such as marketing, operations, partnerships and key account management.
    You can work as an individual contributor, but are also a great team player, capable of working in cross-functional teams.
    Key Responsibilities - What You’ll do:
  • Field travel to sell and market products
  • Assist in the implementation of the market strategy, by providing local insights and working with counterparts in other departments
  • Be the local expert in your market; know the areas, the community, key stakeholders and influencers
  • Be able to run small to medium sized events at the targeted markets
  • Identify potential customers

    6. Manufacturing Assistants
    Job Description
    This position involves a broad range of responsibilities that will support the manufacturing process on the production floor.
    Essential duties
  • Start up, operate and shut down on production machinery.
  • Carrying, lifting and ferrying raw materials
  • Perform minor maintenance production equipment
  • Package finished products in a presentable manner to be shipped to clients
  • Inspect finished products for any defects record the number of rejected products
  • Follow established protocols for manufacturing to ensure products meeting defined quality standards
  • Maintain a clean work area free of safety hazards
  • Identifies and assists with troubleshooting routine issues and defects.
    Skills and qualifications
  • High school certificate with a minimum grade of C+ in K.C.S.E
  • 1-3 years in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Ability to walk, sit and/or stand throughout an eight or ten-hour day
  • Ability to consistently lift 30kg
  • Basic computer skills
