BACKGROUND In 2011 LVCT received a three year grant from one of our donors to support sexual minority groups in Kisumu and Nairobi regions to access quality non-judgemental HIV services. RATIONALE The rationale for undertaking the End of Project Evaluation is to assess the overall impact achieved by the grant on the lives of LVCT beneficiaries and also measure the extent to which its objectives have been met. The evaluation will also assess the added value of the donor. This evaluation will enable LVCT and the donor to reflect on and learn from the work that has been undertaken and to incorporate this learning in future programme planning.

Evaluate the project’s contribution to national policies and promoting health rights of MSM and FSW 7. Evaluate the project’s contribution to HIV prevention and retention in care of people living with HIV (PLHIV) 8.
