Corporate Business Development Manager - CIC Life
Job Purpose: To focus on growing Corporate Life Business from Brokers and Intermediaries
Duties & Responsibilities

Developing a business acquisition strategy for corporate life business.

Building relationships with key corporate clients and intermediaries.

Growing revenue and profits from brokers and intermediaries as per plan.

Segmenting the corporate markets targeted and developing tailor-made solutions to meet identified needs.

Developing the targeted markets to achieve business plans and also to increase CIC brand awareness in these segments.

Managing teams to achieve business strategy.Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business related field.Professional Qualifications

Good progress in Insurance Diploma (AIIK/ACII)Relevant Work Experience

3 Years working experience in Sales & Marketing within the insurance industry with a track record of achieving targets and established networks with key brokers.Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.

Team player with good people relations and excellent negotiation skills.

Strong drive to achieving results
