Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business Performance / Budgets
Achieve volume and market share objectives as per BP.
Manage and track gallon shipments with Bottler / supply point. Bottler DSI.
Set up, track and manage Bottler TMI budgets. Ensure rapid processing of marketing claims.
Manage assigned OPEX budgets within budget where appropriate
Business Planning
Develop and implement 3 year BP for Stills Portfolio
Approve and ensure execution of annual BBP. Report and follow-up with key stakeholders
Approve and ensure execution of annual Customer Business Plans
Consumer Preference / Pricing / Penetration
Ensure application of programs designed to enhance consumer brand equity in BP and BBP
Agree overall brand / price / pack / channel plans with KO marketing associates and ensure inclusion of RGM strategies and programs in the BP / BBP to maximize revenue generation. Develop and execute
Manage brand mix to maximize profitability
Manage pricing according to brand / package contribution priorities
Ensure distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution and expansion benchmarks and objectives are set and met through the execution of the BP / BBP
Ensure Bottlers have the production capacity to meet mutually agreed 3 year BP volume objectives by pack size
Corporate citizenship
Together with the PAC function ensure execution of community programs designed to enhance the external image and reputation of TCCC within the community

External: Bottlers, Suppliers, and M&A target companies for the purpose of identifying and scaling opportunities and data gathering
Informal: Social /Strategic interaction with Senior Officers of target joint venture or M&A companies, Competition, Colleagues in other FMCG companies, Members of business clubs, Government Officials for the purpose of identifying and scaling opportunities

Required Experience
10 years’ experience with a FMCG Company ideally with P&L responsibility. Bottler experiences, business development, trade marketing, innovation and entrepreneurial skills are an added advantage.
Educational Requirements
Post graduate Business qualification; Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.

- Work closely with System stakeholders to jointly develop impactful visions and strategies that will lead achieve and maintain leadership of the still beverages categories
- Responsible for end-to-end the execution and achievement of the Stills Business Plan volume, revenue & outlet creation targets
- Build relationships with local businesses for KO to explore M&A opportunities
- To support the development of local capability in emerging brands: VAD, RTD Tea, Hot Coffee, Energy
- To lead the “accelerator/incubator model” that supports both the adjacent businesses as well as imported, small scale products eg: RANI
