Key Duties and Responsibilities
Demand Planning :
Implement a demand planning system across the Franchises
Develop demand planning capabilities and support system in scaling them up across the Business Unit: Franchise Bottlers’, Supply Chain Hub Operations, toll-packer management, finished goods export/import business, juice foodservice etc.
Collect, process, and analyze performance data to identify business plan variances using established systems and ad-hoc problem solving
Hold regular routines with the stakeholders to anticipate and fulfill the demand
Supply Planning:
Coordinate suppliers, concentrate plants, production, R & D, and product commercialization in order to execute new product launches timeously, and ensure continuity of supply
Forecasting:
Work with Country Teams to determine and obtain the forecast for Stills beverages in the respective Franchises
Collaborate with key stakeholders: Bottlers/Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, and Procurement to improve forecast accuracy and reduce waste; and communicate the demand with the various supply points Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate inventory at supply points and within the supply chain
Capability Building:
Develop bottler and other stakeholders’ capability to drive demand and supply planning
Projects and Other BU work:
Lead projects that will drive value for the Stills Business.
Share best practice and benchmark with Group or other BUs

- Work with stakeholders across the system to ensure Stills supply chain operational effectiveness
- Support systems delivery of ABP
- Develop and implement the demand and operational framework across for Stills Portfolio across the BU
- Evaluate and measure performance of external service providers (e.g., suppliers, distributors, third party logistics providers) using applicable performance metrics in order to ensure quality, service, efficiency and delivery to specifications as set forth in agreements.
- Develop and execute inventory management strategies using historical activity data, sales or purchasing forecasts, design change knowledge and other information in order to reduce the amount of write offs, warehousing costs and carrying cost in the BU
- Managing the logistics for a complex supply chain - how and where to source input materials cost efficiently, as well as the manufacture and distribution of our products in the most cost effective manner
- Managing final product stock levels and continuity of supply across multiple countries and a wide geography
