Brief Description

An exciting and fast paced two year Management Trainee Program aimed at developing each participant’s management and leadership skills enabling future leadership capability within ICDC.
The participants will go through an intensive development experience which includes on boarding, rotational assignments, development training, and mentoring experience among others.

On completion of the program, successful participants can expect to have developed their skills and knowledge and in turn possess relevant competencies for various challenging roles in the Corporation.
We are looking for the best talent to join our Management Trainee Programme in the following fields:
Finance & Business Analysts
Project Appraisal
Information Communications and Technology
Human Resources & Procurement
Research & Development
Qualifications and Experience Required
Fresh graduates or post graduate degree holders
Graduates with up to two years experience
Kenyan Nationals
Competencies Required
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good leadership skills
Ability to learn new concepts and ways of doing things quickly
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
