1. Job Title: Chief AccountantReports to: Financial Controller
Area: Finance & Accounts
Job Purpose:
The Chief Accountant is responsible for the management of all the accounting, financial and investment functions of the company by designing, implementing, maintaining and updating sound accounting systems, standards, policies and procedures and daily accounting activities in accordance with the laid-down accounting standards, internal controls which help to safeguard the Companies assets.

Key Accountabilities:
Overall supervision and management of all accounting / finance functions

Instituting internal controls and process improvement
Establishing and maintaining joint venture, Subsidiary companies accounts
To maintain accurate records and to prepare VAT returns and refund claims
Monthly management accounts
Coordinating external and internal audits for the group
Cash flow management and budgeting
Statutory compliance for the group
Payroll verification and posting
Payment and reconciliation verification
Ensuring AR and AP aging and accounts are online and in order
Month end closing activities co-ordination
Fixed Assets management
Customer rebates process co-ordination
Application of Guidelines & Decision Making Authority
Guidelines: Direct to Financial Controller.

Minimum Qualifications:
Accounting Professional - Bachelor of Commerce or any Accounting Degree, CPA(K) or ACCA
Minimum Experience: 6 years out of this 2 years must have worked on senior level with Manufacturing CompanySkills:
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.Competencies:

Reports to: Business Unit Head
Area: Nairobi
Job Purpose:
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within the region.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Key Accountabilities:
Head of Sales in charge of all sales operations, departments and personnel involved in the sales function of the country under responsibility
To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales year on year
Manage and drive distributors to deliver in terms of resources, reports, coverage and appropriate terms of trade
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
Development of customer relationships through regular operational reviews to ensure that product availability, distribution and opportunities are grasped
Develop and implement efficient route to market strategies for both General and Modern trade channels
Monitor, analyse sales and market trends
Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education and Training Requirements:
A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in the manufacturing sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A valid driver’s licenseCompetencies:

Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide delivery, market intelligence and merchandising service to a prescribed region/ area with a plan, developing and maintaining an excellent customer service record at all times.
This role should take pride in the delivery, placement, pricing and visibility of goods to the customer whilst making the process as simple and flexible as possible.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver product on a regular basis determined by a RTM plan and set route to a specific set of customers within the agreed window of time.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers
Maintain the highest standard of service by maintaining the required supply of stock to ensure a 100% service level through full fixtures with no ‘stock outs’ as per the agreed customer service level package (Including Merchandising Plano-gram / counting stock / replenish / collect Sale or Return products) to the highest standard.
Complete all required paperwork for the Business and for the Customer accurately and in full in line with the agreed company standard.
Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings and product de-lists.
Pick orders accurately from the van against the picking list and ensure they are checked and signed for by each customer
Provide information and feedback to the Area sales Manager, on Customer requirements and competitor activity on your routeYou Will Responsible/Accountable For:
The goods loaded into the van, both in terms of the condition of the goods which must be in pristine condition and ready for sale and for accountability for stock take purposes.
Targets achievement of the month (volume, distribution)
Cash collection on a daily basis.
The correct use of and maintenance of all equipment supplied by the company.
The safe handling and maintenance of the company vehicle to include all daily checks for oil, water, tyre pressures etc., as well as the cleanliness of the exterior and cab.
Completing all of the “end day” tasks as required and any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Must have completed Secondary education -KCSE- C plain
Diploma in relevant field is an added advantage
Minimum of 3years in sales
Clean Driving License –Class BCE with a minimum 2 years active driving.
Good understanding of basic computer skills
