We are looking for Deputy Team Leaders With experience and specialisation in various industries and sectors.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Advanced degree/undergraduate degree
Relevant Certifications/professional qualification in related field
Experience:
At least 7 years’ experience in the related sector, and at least 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Team Leader in a previous assignment
Competency:
Financial Management Specialists (Finance strategy, Working capital management),
Operations specialists (supply chain management, operational due diligence, cost reduction )
Business Process Re-engineering Specialists' (business process mapping)
Target operating Model (processes framework, shared services),
Strategy Specialists' (Corporate Strategy, Product and Business Innovation),
Corporate Performance (balance scorecard development and implementation
Languages:
Fluency in English
Fluency in one or more of the following languages is an added advantage – French, German, Swedish, Danish.
