SOURCE OF FUND: THE NETHERLANDS THROUGH SUPPORT PROJECT FOR CAPACITY BUILDING OF THE JUDICIARY AND NATIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTION
The Government of Rwanda (GoR), Through the Judiciary has received funding from the Netherlands Embassy for a project whose overall objectives is to build the capacity of the judiciary and national Public Prosecution to fully meet international standards and therefore increase confidence of Rwandan public and the international community in criminal justice system. In order to facilitate implementation, the judiciary intends to use portion of these funds for supply and installation of LAN cabling in eight (8) primary courts country wide, as described in tender document terms of reference.
The-Judiciary invites international and National qualified bidders to submit bids for supply and installation of LAN cabling in eight (8) primary courts country wide.
Tender Documents in English or French may be obtained from The Judiciary of Rwanda (JoR) procurement officer, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000Rwf). The sum is to be deposited at National bank of Rwanda on the Account N°-120 00 46 (non-fiscal revenue) of Rwanda Revenue Authority.
A Compulsory site visit is scheduled as follows:

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Four Hundred Thousand Rwanda Francs (400,000Rwf). Well bounded and sealed bids, presented in 4 copies one of which marked original and three copies, should be sent to the Secretary General of the Judiciary of Rwanda.
Attention: procurement officer at or before 27th June 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (Local time) (8:00 a.m. GMT). Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on 27th June 2014 at 10:15 Am in the Procurement office.
The copies will be put into an envelope called « inner envelope » bearing the name and the address of the company. The latter will be also put in another envelope called « outer envelope » bearing in addition to the reference number of the tender notice and marked as follows: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LAN CABLING IN EIGHT (8) PRIMARY COURTS COUNTRY WIDE
