AMEX International, a small international development firm in Washignton DC, seeks qualified applicants for an upcoming evaluation with the USAID Mission in Ethiopia, who seeks to conduct a performance evaluation of the Food by Prescription (FBP) program. FBP is a five year program that integrates several programs for persons living with HIV, including the Nutritional Assessment Counseling & Support (NACS), Ready to Use Supplementary Food (RUSF) and Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF).
The Co-Team Lead should share the responsibilities of the team lead and assist with producing deliverables. As such, experience and skills similar to that of the team lead are desired for this person.

- Performance evaluation design, implementation, and analysis
- Development and use of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
- Experience in nutrition and HIV/AIDS programming, research and evaluation in other countries; preferably as principal investigator (PI) or co-investigator with peer-reviewed publications validating experience
- Experience with the issues affecting genders differently in health programs and specifically in HIV/AIDS programming
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a cross-cultural team
- Strong English presentation and writing skills
