Actuarial Technician
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Assistant Actuarial Manager, the overall purpose is to ensure pricing of products and quotations, timely response to clients on corporate quotes and queries to do with product structure and benefits. This will include product development.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Accurate pricing and timely preparation of corporate quotations and tenders
- Accurate pricing and timely preparation of corporate renewals
- Timely preparation of scheme analysis and book analysis
- Timely preparation and submission of technical reserves and solvency position
- Handling queries with regard to pricing and products within the required timelines
Knowledge & Experience Required
Essential
Essential
- A graduate with BSC in actuarial science (At least second class upper).
- Must have done and passed two Actuarial professional exams.
- 1year experience in an actuarial department.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken English language, fluent and polite.
Desirable
- Computer skills especially knowledge of MS Office.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Self driven and innovative
