Due to business growth in both Wells Fargo and Fargo Courier there is a requirement for two Commercial Managers based in Nairobi reporting to the Group Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all commercial activity and ensure continuous growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement short and long term business development strategies.
- Open the company’s product portfolio to new streams of business.
- Ensure customer service needs and SLAs are met at all times by closely monitoring the operational teams.
- Ensure availability of business/commercial information for ease of decision making.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower in the Company and promptly deal with staff issues.
- Develop in consultation with other Senior Management Staff a sales and marketing plan specifying the markets, channels and product range.
- Recruit, train, develop and monitor the management team to ensure implementation of the company objectives.
Fargo Courier – general business experience is required.
Wells Fargo CIT – banking or cash in transit management experience required.
