We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of Business School

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Head of School will be in charge of the department.
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Ensuring quality training by seeing to it that there is timely syllabi coverage, class attendance, standardized student evaluation, effective classroom delivery, effective timetabling and efficient record keeping;
- People leadership and management (both student and staff);
- Conducting regular departmental meetings and providing formal minutes of these meetings;
- Strategic departmental management and growth;
- Coordinating department curriculum review, revision, and/or development;
- Custody and management of departmental facilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The desired candidate must :
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in an business or related area;
- Have at least 1 year teaching experience in a tertiary institution: previous experience in a leadership position will be of added advantage;
- Be up to date with current trends in tertiary training, especially in the business field;
- Have excellent management, leadership and communication skills;
- Be able to work under minimum supervision;
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and high moral ethics;
