Responsibility | • Responsible for managing Bid Management Team • Should handle, manage and monitor Top Key Strategic Deals / Tenders (Category A) • Should stays on top of Bid Checklist to ensure all stakeholders complete their part on time • Should be able to work closely and liaise with Sales Admin Manager on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams • Should work closely with Finance and Legal Department to ensure all bids submitted are in full financial and legal compliance and provides initial and final check of all bid submissions • Must be able to provides direct support and seeks information from Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Product Managers on bids, proposals and tender submissions • Should guarantee that all bids are complete and in full compliance with the selection criteria • Responsible for submitting consolidated weekly reports from the bid team to management on bids submitted, qualified, shortlisted, won/lost and current status • Should work with Technical Writers, Practice Directors, Product Managers and Business Development Managers, builds library of bids submitted, proposal templates and relevant solution content for easy access by field sales and practice team • Coordinate and communicate frequently with BDMs, PDs, GMs and Sales Director to build competitive intelligence database and adds value by analyzing lost tenders and providing input on areas for improvement | ||
