Requirement | • Associate’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree in any field • Demonstrate experience with high-visibility healthcare projects and enterprise-level healthcare providers • Possess knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools • Should have knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements as applicable to a large academic, research, and/or health care facility, principles of strategic business decision-making • Should understand business research principles, processes, and techniques • Possess ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans and should develop and deliver presentations • Outstanding communication, consultative and advisory skills, should know the use of survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques • Experience and/or exposure to responding to RFP/RFQ will be an advantage • Experience in addressing the sub-Saharan or developing economies will be an advantage • Willingness to travel extensively in sub-Saharan region | ||
