HR and Operations Assistant
Description:
This is an entry level (Grade C1) but fully professional position within HR/OD function, reporting the HR specialist and also taking on delegated support tasks from the Regional Head of HR and responsible for all HR administration (with additional elements from time to time).
This is an entry level (Grade C1) but fully professional position within HR/OD function, reporting the HR specialist and also taking on delegated support tasks from the Regional Head of HR and responsible for all HR administration (with additional elements from time to time).
Key Responsibilities
1. HRIS Data migration and updatesa. Transfer HR data from manual system to automated system and maintain updated Human Resource information system.
2. Staff Training and Development
a. Coordinate the administration of Induction programs, staff training programs, Talent management programs and workshops.
3. Human Resource Administration
a. Maintain and update HR Documentation, Prepare induction packs, ensure statutory requirements for HR are met and payments made.
4. Administration of performance management
a. Update team scorecards, Consolidate performance data, and Prepare group performance reports.
5. Employee servicea. Handling staff enquiries, Organizing staff events, participating in recruitment, maintaining employee feedback loop, other delegated HR tasks from supervisor.
6. Operationsa. Providing administration support to operations department team, coordinating team calendar and any other relevant support required.

Qualifications
1. Graduate

Experience
1. At least one year experience in administrative work associated with employees’ management or development.
