Responsibility | • Responsible for managing Sales Admin Team to ensure that both sales and practice team members are well supported and all required information is collected from the field and report to Director of sales • Should provide sales admin support to CEO, Sales Director and Practice Directors on Top Key Strategic Deals/Tenders (Category A) by organizing meetings/calls, providing frequent updates, monitoring progress and following up with the key stakeholders • Should work closely and Liaise with Head of Bid Management and Bid Management Lead on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams • Must be able to provide direct support to Sales Director, Country GM and Practice Directors on bids, proposals and tender submissions with organizing calls, reminders, follow ups, status updates, etc. • Should submit consolidated weekly reports from the sales admin team to management on weekly activity reports, top strategic deal status, CRM pipeline, etc. • Should support sales efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results • Responsible for improving communication between sales and practice by ensuring that there is seamless information flow and collaboration across various key stakeholders | ||
