Responsibility | • Responsible for managing all bids, proposals and tender responses in a given region and report to the Bid Management Lead • Should handle, manage and monitor the entire bid/tender cycle from creation, preparation, compliance, , monitoring, submission through follow up • Should manages bid checklist to ensure all stakeholders complete their part on time • Should work very closely and Liaise with Sales Admin Executive on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams • Should work closely with Finance and Legal Department to ensure all bids submitted are in full financial and legal compliance and provides initial and final check of all bid submissions • Must be able to provides direct support and seeks information from Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Product Managers on bids, proposals and tender submissions • Should ensure that all bids are complete and in full compliance as per the RFP checklist • Should submit weekly reports to the bid management lead on bids submitted, qualified, shortlisted, won/lost and current status | ||
Requirement | • Graduate or equivalent degree • 3 - 6 years of verifiable work relevant experience | ||
