Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will among other things be:
- Answering and screening telephone calls
- Meeting and receiving guests
- Supporting on documents, reports and presentations
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, and maintaining a diary for the Managing Director
- Dealing with incoming email/faxes and all correspondence into the company
- Managing office systems, such as setting up and maintaining company filing, preparing meeting rooms etc.
- Organizing conferences and meetings
- Booking flights, arranging for hotels, accommodation and visa applications
- Arranging car rentals and leasing agreements
Profile
- Min 5 years’ experience as Personal Assistant at a senior level
- Relevant experience from an international company
- High personal integrity
- Ability to prioritize and execute
- Proactive, confident and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules/deadlines
- Highly organized, flexible and service-minded
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency with commonly used computer software and applications
- Fluent in English, command of other languages an asset
