Kenya Fluorspar Company, based in the Kerio Valley, is a progressive and well established private corporate entity involved in Mining.The Company invites applications from qualified persons for the positions of:
1. Mining Supervisor
(2 Positions)
Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree (in Geology).

Must have done both Geo technical and core logging.

Must have experience on Exploration Geology.

Must be knowledgeable in Mine planning.

Age –25 to 35 years with an excellent track record and able to work with minimum supervision.

Must have a minimum of 2 years and above experience in a mining undertaking or quarry.

Computer literacy is a requirement.2. Security Supervisor
1 Position
Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager
2. Reporting any violation of security regulations by staff.
3. Investigating accidents / Incidents.
4. General Supervision of Company security guards in line with company policies
5. Identifying any potential risks / dangers and recommending corrective measures
6. Maintaining records and preparing reports on daily, weekly and monthly security activities.
7. Must be between 30 – 40 years of age
8. Proven track record of good performance and with a minimum of form 4 C+ qualification
9. Must have undergone some security training
10. Those who have previously worked and honourably discharged from Kenya Police( Regular) will have an added advantage
11. Must be able to drive, Possess a valid driving license and certificate of good conduct
