Multiple Hauliers (E.A.) Limited (part of Multiple Group of Companies) is looking for a Country Manager, South Sudan to be based in Juba to support our Logistics, Depot and Transportation operations in South Sudan.
Country Manager South Sudan, reports to Managing Director of Multiple Group of Companies and is a member of the senior management team where he/she has an influential role in managing business growth, cash flow, staff development and market share of the Organization.
As Country Manager, South Sudan, some of your core responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Define and execute the Logistics, River and Land Transportation and Logistics Services Strategy in South Sudan.
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss of South Sudan business and volume targets.
- Responsible for operational flow of cargo and its documentation.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff and ensure all organizational policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to.
- Be supportive and always hear views of local community and discuss with Management to find effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and suppliers and other Government stake holders in South Sudan.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Expatriates/Local with well-developed leadership, people, and problem solving skills are encouraged to apply.
- The incumbent will need to possess 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Services with particular knowledge and experience in East and Central Africa.
- You will need to be strong in communication skills and must have the ability to build a strong team and be able to develop excellent customer relationship in South Sudan.
- You must be aware of HSE requirements for transport, depot and logistics business.
