They are looking for an innovative Manufacturing Manager who takes the ownership for the manufacturing setup. The incumbent will be In charge of the production line of custom designed Tents and Fabric Structures in the required quantity and quality and in the specified/desired time frames.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 10-15 years of Manufacturing Management in a midsized facility working with multi-material based products.

Ability to implement Lean Manufacturing concepts
Ability at leveraging process improvements to improve operating efficiency, support revenue growth and to maximise profitability
Ability to run the production department to include tracking, timing and deadlines to ensure delivery.
Product development & production process from initial design concept through to bulk product.
Running seasonal development & production calendars.
Working closely with the design team to anticipate raw material pre-books & factory capacity reservation
Working closely with the finance department to ensure timely billing of products to clients
Responsible for assisting management with the review of costing at the prototype and production stages.
Updating all teams on product deliveries – weekly review of production tracking.
Oversight of Fabric cutting & stitching team and of steel production team.
Knowledge and experience with CNC cutting machinery
Ability to read technical drawings
Adherence to deadlines with a proven track record of managing projects and tasks with highest possible on-time delivery performance

Proven track record of having set up and established successful production management systems.
