The Leadership of the University is planning to establish a nucleus for developing cost estimates at various phases of new projects.

Applications are invited for the following positions:
1. Cost Engineer (Electrical)
The incumbent will be responsible to provide overall project cost, schedule, estimates and progress measurement of electrical (low, medium and high voltages) works for projects that entails internal and external lighting, power, LAN, CCTV, MATV, fire alarm, door access control system,etc.
S/he will also be expected to prepare Project Life Cycle schedule by carrying out cost benefit analysis.
2. Cost Engineer (Mechanical)
The incumbent will be responsible to provide overall project cost, schedule, estimates and progress measurement of Mechanical (HVAC, firefighting and plumbing) works for projects that entails piping, ducting and MEP equipment.
S/he will be expected to develop and document control estimates, budgets and ensuring that these products reflect the approved project design/execution scope.
The above positions require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognized University or equivalent with5 to 8 years’ of progressive experience in a large multi-size organization with customer focus environment.
