Location: Nairobi (Industrial Area)
Company: Kencall – Call Centre / BPO
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language
Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Requires strong communication skills, decision making and interpersonal skill
Detail-oriented and can multi-task
Has integrity – honest and ethical
Flexible, polite & accommodating
At least 1 year experience in call centre
Must have outbound call experience
Diploma or Degree in a related field – public relations or mass communications will be an added advantage
