Position Title: Project Driver (2 positions)
Project: Kenya Yes Youth Can – Western Region
Location: Kakamega, Western Kenya
Department: Empowerment & Civic Engagement
Reports to: Chief of Party
Driver Job Responsibilities
Provide transport services to authorized KYYC staff
Perform Adhoc duties as determined by the Supervisor,
Carrying out messengerial duties,
Ensuring that the motor vehicle is well maintained and always in a serviced condition,
Accurately maintains a variety of logs and files,
Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
KCSE level of education or equivalent
Clean valid driving licenses
3 years satisfactory motor vehicle driving experience
Basic vehicle maintenance skills;
Good communication skills in both English and Kiswahili;
Must have a certificate of Good Conduct
Personal Qualities
Able to work under minimum supervision
Has good interpersonal skills
