Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the schools including: financial reporting, enrollment, building maintenance, technical support, and purchasing supplies.
Responsibilities and expectations include:
• Provide support to the Regional Director
• Handle all accounting and bookkeeping for 10 schools
• Collect weekly reports and send them to the US team
• Purchase and manage school supplies
• Ensure all staff are using e-Learning technology properly and provide support where needed
• Additional tasks based on organization needs
Salary
• KR 1,200 per month
• Blackberry with email access
• Housing accommodations at the headquarters office in Vulamkoko.
Requirements
• Candidates should have a relevant college degree or minimum of grade 12 education in conjunction with 5+ years relevant work experience
• Experience facilitating or teaching
• Speak and write fluently in English
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Tech skills: Typing, E-mail, Word, Excel, basic trouble shooting, blackberry usage, scanning
• Experience in bookkeeping and management
• Punctuality and reliability
• Be organized with strong time management skills
